Truly a match made in heaven...the fresh and bright taste of dill carries beautifully over the grounded sweetness of carrot in this creamy dip. With subtle notes of basil and mustard seed, the zesty herbaceous flavor is undeniable.
Ingredients: carrots, dill, unrefined salt, garlic, onion, basil, mustard seed
Veggie Dip: Mix 3-4 tablespoons with 1 1/4 c sour cream or greek yogurt. For some zing, squeeze in a bit of lemon juice or add a splash of vinegar.
Seasoned Butter: Mix 1-2 tsp of dip with 1 stick of butter. Use to top steak, hamburgers, grilled chicken, potatoes, green beans or asparagus.
Cheese Ball:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2 TBS mayonnaise or greek yogurt
3-4 TBS Delightful Dill & Carrot Dip Mix
Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight is best.
